Workout 1 & Cardio 1: The workouts seemed easier to do, but I still couldn’t keep up for two of the exercises. Cannot do the running man for the full minute and cannot keep my arms up for arm circles during kick-outs.
The food was all so delicious. I remember having to force myself to eat the plain greek yogurt because it was so bitter. Not this time.

Day 2 (Tuesday, July 3, 2012)

I am SO sore! I love it, but my lower back is killing me. Not good.

Day 3 (Wednesday, July 4, 2012)

Very SORE.
