So I’m dumping Jillian Michaels… for two months.
I’m back up to 168 lbs. So that’s my starting weight for INSANITY!!
Today’s the first official workout, the Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I’m a
little very nervous but more excited than anything! I’m hoping this new routine will help me get into the 150’s. I will be following the meal plan. I’ve noticed it’s A LOT more protein than Jillian Michaels’ meal plan, which was mostly vegetables. I wonder whether that’s going to be a good or bad thing? I know the type of food I eat matters (I wasn’t losing weight eating 1200 cal of processed foods).. The REALLY GOOD THING is that all the meals are SO easy to prepare. The meals in the JMBR were so time consuming!!! So much chopping and cooking… and even though we ate the same meals for the whole 97 days, we could never put together a single meal without the recipe book.
